Despite its slow charging rate, it has a decent battery life and a nice headphone jack. What’s more is that it comes with a 12MP camera. Once more, this feature brings more applause to Google’s computational photography.
In terms of the budget, this phone hits the market for about $350. Although it may not be the flashiest smartphone of 2020, its incredible value outweighs other comparable smartphones with its impressive hardware and excellent software.
4. Oppo Find X2 Pro
The Oppo Find X2 Pro blew the expectations of many and ended up outdoing the OnePlus 8 Pro in BBK-affiliated brands. Although the OnePlus 8 Pro featured best in mid-year, the launch of Oppo FindX2 captured most people’s attention. It’s easy to see why, unlike the sister brand, the Oppo tuning sensor proved to be excellent in the BBK-exclusive.
The phone retained a consistent top position in the camera testing rank and matched quality features while beating some top leading smartphones, which is quite an accomplishment. When it comes to performance statistics, the phone has a fast-charging rate of 45 minutes from zero to 100% charge.
Furthermore, it has a cool, accurate colour and a quality display. Though it lacks its predecessor’s innovation factor, it is still an attractive smartphone, especially with its beautiful vegan leather model. If Oppo continues to deliver such amazing and competitive flagship phones such as this, we will be looking forward to the next launch of the Find X3 series.
5. Apple iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12
Apple’s iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 were ultimately Apple’s best offerings in 2020. The triple cameras on these iPhones were its most striking features. Moreover, the iPhone 12 Mini is the smallest iPhone introduced since the iPhone SE. It is ideal for anyone who prefers using one hand when handling a phone.
Apart from the battery size and the screen, the iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 are identical. They feature super retina displays, edge design and better quality video streaming. The two smartphones also have a moderate battery life depending on how long you use them.
